  • Acting for European Bank on Reconstruction and Development, an international financial institution, on enforcement of a non-performing loan and security in a number of jurisdictions. The mandate included the successful foreclosure of the second largest private railcars fleet in Ukraine. The combined value of claims – over USD 85 million
  • Acting for Nordic Investment Bank in a large-scale insolvency of a major Ukrainian steel mill with the value of claims in excess of USD 50 million
  • Acting for an American investor in administrative litigation challenging an award of rights to develop an oil & gas field in Ukraine
  • Acting for a major German industrial group in proceedings for a leave to enforce an Austrian arbitral award against a major Ukrainian glass-making factory and insurer
  • Acting for a Ukrainian subsidiary of a major logistic operations company in a number of proceedings to invalidate decisions of tax authorities to reduce the amounts of VAT refund
