Natalia Pakhomovska is an Of Counsel in the IP/IT, Technology, Corporate and Commercial practices of Redcliffe Partners.
Natalia’s practice focuses on intellectual property, IT law, licensing, franchising, distribution, data protection, and telecommunications. In addition to her specialisation in these areas, Natalia is an experienced commercial lawyer with a strong understanding of complex business transactions. She also has an extensive background in supporting technology and life sciences clients.
Natalia has significant experience in M&A transactions, particulary those with strong IP component. She has advised clients on complex IP issues and has taken the lead on transactions, overseeing all stages from structuring and execution to the seamless integration of acquired assets.
Prior to joining Redcliffe Partners, Natalia worked over 13 years at the Kyiv office of DLA Piper, including 7 years as a Partner, Head of the Intellectual Property and Technology practice. She also spent a year enhancing her international experience at DLA Piper’s Bratislava office. Earlier in her career, she held the position of an Associate within the legal practice of Ernst & Young.
