Our Real Estate and Construction group assists clients on a mixture of property issues linked to real estate and construction transactions, including financing and sale and purchase issues. We regularly advise a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, hotels, real estate developers and international companies, on commercial real estate matters, property issues in M&A, public-private partnerships projects, and other real estate matters in relation to developments in the public sector.
