- Advising EBRD, DFC and IFC in connection with an up to USD 480 million financing package to MHP
- Advising EBRD with respect to acquisition of 30% stake in Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine, including various regulatory advice in the course of the transaction
- Helping a foreign consumer lending institution to establish legal presence in Ukraine, register an online lending company, and obtaining the license for online lending
- Advising several multinational insurance corporations and investment firms on their acquisitions of more than five leading insurance businesses in Ukraine, pre- and post-acquisition restructurings, joint ventures and squeeze-outs of minority shareholders. The counterparties under these transactions included renowned insurance companies such as Gras Savoye, and investment firms including Dragon Capital, Goldman Sachs and Horizon Capital
- Advising Money Gram on the Ukrainian regulatory issues; analysing the consistency of the company’s financial products with the Ukrainian regulatory environment
- Advising Dollar Express, Inc. and United Europhil on obtaining licenses from the National Bank of Ukraine to launch operations in Ukraine
- Advising Citibank Ukraine in connection with negotiating contractual terms with Visa
- Advising Barclays with respect to Ukrainian tax considerations related to stock trading operations

- Advising an American multinational financial services corporation on Ukrainian competition law requirements relating to payment systems
- Assisting Nordic Investment Bank in large-scale insolvencies of major Ukrainian steel mills with the value of claims in excess of USD 50 million
- Advising EBRD on enforcement of a non-performing loan and security in a number of jurisdictions for the combined value of claims exceeding USD 85 million. This included the successful foreclosure of the second largest private railcars fleet in Ukraine
- Working with the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and the European Business Association in Ukraine to reform currency control legislation in Ukraine, including counselling on developing the concept of currency control legislation reform, analysing the key regulatory barriers, and presenting the concept at numerous discussions involving the National Bank of Ukraine, as well as other Ukrainian financial market regulators
