Svitlana Teush is a Partner and Head of the Construction and Real Estate practices and Co-head of the Renewable Energy practice at Redcliffe Partners.
Svitlana has a wealth of practical experience supporting clients in local and cross-border transactions in the relevant sectors, as well as providing expert advice for business and industry associations in regard to the reforms in the energy and construction sectors. She also focuses on advising clients on various matters in large-scale infrastructure projects, including property, procurement, regulatory, contractual and general commercial matters.
Svitlana is one of the few Ukrainian lawyers particularly experienced with the forms of contracts of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), which are increasingly being used in international construction and infrastructure projects in Ukraine that are supported by the EBRD, EIB and other international financial institutions. In addition, she is the author of numerous publications on the topic.
Svitlana is a member of the National Commission on Environment and Energy of the International Chamber of Commerce and a mediator of the Dispute and Negotiation Centre of the Energy Community Secretariat. She is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bioenergy Association of Ukraine and regularly contributes to the activities of the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association.
