Redcliffe Partners has advised Kingspan Group, a global leader in advanced insulation and building envelope solutions, in relation to its latest strategic acquisition of Mercor’s natural smoke exhaust and fire ventilation business.
This was a cross-border deal spanning eight jurisdictions – Spain, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Our team advised on the Ukrainian law matters relating to the acquisition of the Ukrainian target, LTD “MERCOR UKRAINE”.
Our team conducted a full-scope legal due diligence of the local company and advised on transaction structuring. We further supported with all transaction instruments relating to Ukraine. We also assisted with closing formalities and all pre-completion and post-completion matters in our country.
With the target’s business operating within a technically regulated segment of the construction and safety industry, this transaction required specialised legal insight. Our team delivered industry-focused regulatory and compliance assessment.
