Intern / Paralegal in the Antitrust practice

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong legal education and fundamentals – graduate, or last-year student with the ability to split work and education time in an 80/20 ratio.
- Proficient business English is required (at least B2).
- Verifiable legal research and analysis skills.
- Drive to deliver excellence and resilience under pressure.
- Residence in Kyiv with the ability to work at least 50% of the time in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking legal research and initial analysis.
- Assisting with drafting, translations, and commercial proposals.
- Contributing to the team’s business development effort, including the preparation of legal alerts, newsletters, publications, and presentations.
- Monitoring legislative changes.
- General legal support for projects of the practice.
