Kateryna specialises in corporate law, M&A, commercial law, and regulatory matters and assists with advising foreign and domestic clients on sophisticated cross-border transactions in various industries, general corporate matters in relation to incorporation/liquidation of companies and corporate governance, concluding contracts of different types. Kateryna also deals with complex issues in relation to Ukrainian market entry.
