Sergiy Bert, Senior Associate at Redcliffe Partners, has contributed an article titled “Termination of employment based on employee’s initiative and termination by mutual consent of the parties: as evidenced by the cases of the Supreme Court” to the online magazine “YURIST&ZAKON”.
Termination of employment is not considered an easy process, either for employer and employee. Sergiy has described key aspects of two types of termination – based on the employee’s initiative; and termination by mutual consent of the parties – and explained the main differences between these two options from the viewpoint of each party. He has also highlighted the relevant court practice, specifically that of the Supreme Court.
