This acquisition is a significant milestone in the strategic development of KKCG’s technology pillar as Avenga’s integration enhances KKCG’s international presence. This consolidation positions KKCG Technologies as one of Europe’s largest digital transformation architects, enabling the company to cater to a diverse global client base.
The transaction involved multiple jurisdictions. Particularly, Redcliffe Partners conducted agreed upon legal due diligence on Avenga’s subsidiaries in Ukraine and advised on various Ukrainian law matters related to the transaction.
