Anastasia Usova, Head of the Antitrust practice of Redcliffe Partners, and Nataliya Kovalyova, Senior Associate, prepared an expert commentary on a recent case where the AMC imposed the second largest fine of EUR 1.8 million for 'gun jumping'. In addition, the AMC did not clear the transaction due to Ukrainian economic sanctions imposed on the seller's beneficiary following the Russian occupation of the Crimea and the Donetsk region of Ukraine.
