Redcliffe Partners has retained its top tier positions for Banking and Finance and Corporate and M&A work in Ukraine in 2017, according to the recently released rankings of the international legal directory, Chambers Global.
Chambers and Partners released its global ranking on 16 March, 2017. The directory ranks lawyers in the Banking and Finance, Corporate and M&A, and Dispute Resolution practices based on the clients’ insights. Olexiy Soshenko, managing partner and Head of Banking and Finance, is ranked top tier in Banking and Finance practice. According to the sources, Olexiy is a “very sophisticated and technical lawyer”, “tries to find a win-win solution for lenders and borrowers” and is “calm and resourceful, even in heated negotiations.”
Dmytro Fedoruk, partner and Head of M&A and Energy, advises clients on corporate matters and is particularly experienced in the energy sector. The sources describe him as "very practical in evaluating risks," adding: "He always comes up with several options to consider."
Chambers Global has also acknowledged Sergiy Gryshko, partner and Head of Dispute Resolution, and Zoryana Sozanska-Matviychuk, counsel of Corporate and M&A, for their work in Ukraine.
