A dark horse: how Ukraine's pharmaceutical sector managed to become the main driver of the Ukrainian economy

The pharma sector has shown significant growth during the past three years. In 2015, 767 million packages of medicines produced in Ukraine were sold locally, demonstrating a good balance between the quality and price of domestic production. Another important point is that the development of Ukraine's industrial infrastructure has also increased demand for locally produced medicines.
