Svitlana Teush is a counsel and Head of the Renewable Energy, Construction and Real Estate practices of Redcliffe Partners.
She specialises in corporate law, M&A and regulatory matters with a focus on the energy (both conventional energy and renewables), construction, infrastructure and real estate sectors. Svitlana is experienced in advising international and local clients on the implementation of development, construction and infrastructure projects, privatisations and public procurement matters, as well as on the issues surrounding the reform of the energy market, including the unbundling of TSOs and the implementation of the "Third Energy Package" in Ukraine.
Svitlana's expertise includes drafting, negotiating and managing claims under International Federation of Consulting Engineers' (FIDIC's) forms of contract and advice on their use in projects funded by international financial institutions (IFIs) in Ukraine. She is a regular speaker at international conferences organised by FIDIC.
Svitlana is a member of the national ICC Commission on Environment and Energy in Ukraine. As a commission member, she will contribute to the development of recommendations and solutions as well as other measures to address the issues relating to the energy sector and environmental protection.
Before joining Redcliffe Partners, Svitlana practised law for more than 15 years with leading international and Ukrainian law firms, and also served as Vice-Chairman of the Board of the European-Ukrainian Energy Agency.
