Olexiy Soshenko is the managing partner and Head of the Banking and Finance, Capital Markets and Debt Restructuring practices of Redcliffe Partners.

He specialises in international finance and capital markets transactions. Olexiy has more than 20 years of experience in representing investment banks, international financial institutions and borrowers on all types of syndications and secured finance transactions, and private and public securities offerings.

Olexiy acts as a sole arbitrator of the Arbitration Committee established according to the new Law “On Financial Restructuring”, introduced with the help of the EBRD and the World Bank. He also contributes to the activities of the Rail Working Group and its Country Contact Group for Ukraine in order to promote the Luxembourg Rail Protocol in the Ukrainian railway market.

Before founding Redcliffe Partners, Olexiy practised law in leading international law firms in Kyiv, Warsaw and London.
