Nataliya Kovalyova is a Senior Associate of the Antitrust practice of Redcliffe Partners.

She specialises in competition law and has a long track record of advising multinational and Ukrainian companies on Ukrainian merger control and concerted action requirements, various antitrust issues such as abuse of dominance, and unfair competition. Nataliya regularly represents clients before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in connection with merger control filings and notifications for various transactions.

Her experience covers a wide range of sectors including agribusiness, banking, consumer products, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and retail. Nataliya is recommended for Competition/Antitrust law by Best Lawyers 2020 and is recognised as a Rising Star in Competition by The Legal 500 2020.


Before joining Redcliffe Partners, Nataliya practised competition law for more than seven years in the Kyiv office of Baker McKenzie.
