Dmytro Fedoruk is a partner and Head of the Energy practice of Redcliffe Partners, and is one of its founding partners.

He focuses on representing foreign and Ukrainian clients on a broad range of M&A, corporate and joint venture transactions in Ukraine. 

Dmytro has strong industry expertise in energy. He is frequently called upon to advise and represent multinational corporations, oil and mining companies on transactional and regulatory issues across a broad spectrum of the energy industry, including the natural gas, oil pipeline and electric power industries. He is a member of the Steering Committee for Ukraine with AIPN (Association of International Petroleum Negotiators).

Dmytro has also developed a significant track record in investment and acquisitions in the agribusiness, pharmaceuticals and infrastructure sectors.

Before founding Redcliffe Partners, Dmytro practised law in the Kyiv and London offices of Clifford Chance, as well as in the Kyiv office of Chadbourne & Parke.
