Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong legal education and fundamentals.
• Proficient business English is required.
• Verifiable legal research and analysis skills.
• Drive to deliver excellence and resilience under pressure.

  Responsibilities:

• Legal research and initial analysis for new projects.
• Drafting and performing translations of legal documents.
• Preparing legal alerts, newsletters, publications, and presentations related to internal capabilities and external business development.
• Monitoring, analysing, and briefing legislative changes.
• Support projects in multiple practices within the firm as needed.
