Redcliffe Partners was founded in 2008 as a Ukrainian office of a global law firm Clifford Chance. Later, in 2015, the then heads of Banking and Corporate practices of the Kyiv office of Clifford Chance, Olexiy Soshenko and Dmytro Fedoruk, did a management buy out and became the sole owners of the firm (and changed the name from Clifford Chance Kyiv to Redcliffe Partners). Since then, Redcliffe Partners has been an independent Ukrainian law firm with a strong international focus.
